Other than the overflowing garbage at the entrance (not a good way to present yourselves btw) the place was clean. People were nice. It's a bit out of the way but we liked it. We felt safe. Breakfast was good. We'd definitely stay there again if in the area .

One minor issue. The conditioner dispenser did not work. So I asked them to fill it the first day and then the second day we realized it was just not working. Other than that enjoyed my stay. They were very nice and allowed us to use their conference room for a very early morning meeting that we had.

After trying different hotels in the area for my weekly trips, this one understands service. They do well to make it like a second home for me. A special mention to Shy who goes out of her way to help me and other customers. Also, the rooms are reliably clean.

I was denied a room because they said they don't do walk-in bookings after midnight. It's 12:25 a.m. I just got off the interstate, are you absolutely kidding me right now? They don't even care if you're a Hilton Honors Rewards member. If I weren't so tired from the drive, I'd be way more upset.

This is not a good location for people with electric cars. When we arrived, 3 of 4 spaces at chargers were occupied by non-electric cars. We complained to the front desk. One employee said she had parked there because they have problems …

The room was clean but the sink didn't drain correctly, the night staff was good but not very helpful.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds over 4 weeks in advance of my stay. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room with 1 king bed and was told they were sold out of rooms with 2 queens. Working with Priceline I did receive a 20% discount and we were given a roll-away bed. When I looked at the hotel’s website a little while later it showed a room with 2 queen beds was available…. *The door to our room did not shut fully unless you pushed/pulled on it. *The free breakfast was very good.
